Dr. Zneimer's Background

• Dr. Zneimer holds a doctorate degree in Evolutionary Genetics form Texas A&M University
• Is a board certified cytogeneticist by the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG)
• Is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (FACMGG) 

After receiving her Ph.D. in Evolutionary Genetics, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Cytogenetics at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in Human Clinical Cytogenetics. 

She has been a director of clinical genetic laboratories for over 20 years and is currently also the CEO and Founder of Symbiotica, Inc.

Dr. Zneimer has been an invited lecturer throughout the United States and abroad in the field of genetics, most prominently speaking about the Human Genome and Cancer Genome Projects, Prenatal and Cancer Genetics, Ethics in Genetics, and Genetics of the Jewish People.
